i have done this.but when i called back ,no one answered.
i tried last friday and today serval times.

As of this moment, I still show your order on CC hold. I would check with your bank to ensure both the ship / bill to address is on file with the bank. Try to reply to the email.

I saw "Please do not respond to this email. " in the email.
So i just try to call them.
