Re: What's your favorite apps?

As far as I can see, no-one has yet mentioned Titanium Backup (apologies if they already did). I find it useful when switching between Cyanogenmod and the stock system, for keeping my apps and their data.

Yes, TI is awesome, but it also requires root, which may be why it wasn't brought up. :smileyhappy:

My List of ROOT required Apps.
1) Adfree
2) ES File Explorer
3) GameCIH 1 and 2
4) Open Garden Wifi Tether
5) Screenshot
6) SD Speed Increase
7) SetDNS
8) SetCPU
9) Startup Auditor

10) Superuser (required for Root)
11) Terminal Emulator
12) Titanium Backup
13) VM Heap Tool

May have missed 1 or 2 dunno without double checking. :smileywink:

Not to be nit-picking, but ES File Explorer doesn't require root. But if you do have root, it lets you access the whole file system and data directories, and change permissions.

So everyone can enjoy this terrific file manager. (Personally, I'm torn between this and Astro.)

Excuse my ignorance - but what does ROOT mean (I never thought I'd have to ask that question!!)

Re: What's your favorite apps?

Root == super user, gives all access to the system or your tablet.

Lenovo restricted some aspect of the google os for stability and for commercial use. One example is overclocking the cpu, access to some system files.

Users root hier tablet to access those.

Re: What's your favorite apps?

My favorite app are

1)Temple Run

2)iWedPlanner

3)Angry Bird

4)Flickr

5)Facebook

In which, The "iWedplanner" is the best app i ever used. It helped me a lot in my wedding planning and also plays as a assistant for my wedding planning. The app has various features like Creating personnel wedding website, Easy finding of wedding resources and Many More. You can get this app from App store or google play.
