Ist es eine Clean Install oder eine Lenovo Werksinstallation die benutzt wird?

vielleicht wartet er auf eine Eingabe, kommst du denn jetzt nach einem Reboot ins Bios?
Dann im Bios mal F9 drücken und mit F10 alles speichern und dann neustarten.
