B500 NVidia Drivers

Atleast once a week I get an error message saying that the NVidia Drivers stopped responding and have been restarted. However when this happens I have to reboot in order to resolve a ton of screen artifacts. IS there an update out there somewhere for the display drivers?

Re: B500 NVidia Drivers

Screen artifacts are usually a sign of a bad GPU. (mostly due to overheating) The latest driver for your GPU is located here...

Re: B500 NVidia Drivers

If that video card has a cooler, check it. Maybe it stop working.

Also, you can use the driver provided by MrPeter1985, or download the latest official release from NVIDIA's website.

Re: B500 NVidia Drivers

I have a Lenovo B500 AIO when I purchased it had a NVidia GeForce GT 240M video installed, when I decided to upgrade vto Windows 8 the compatabiy test said it was compatible, whell it wasn't so I now have a generic microsoft video card, Lenovo does not have a Win 8 driver to download as an upgrade, so I went too the NVidia site. They have a tool that searches your system & found the Nvidia Driver, so I downloaded the File NVidia Display Driver v310.70 Wn 8 , it ran & then I got a message " Installation could not continue, could not find ant hardware".... How does this happen ???? What can I do to get a win 8  update to the originally installed NVidia Driver ????
Any Suggestions ????
