BIOS Settings on IdeaCentre A310

I am battling with the Lenovo BIOS of my All-in-One Ideacentre A310. It literally does not offer any possibilities to alter settings. There are a few things, that bother me.  One is that the Lenovo logo remains on screen for about 30 Seconds on start-up. Every PC with  a normal BIOS permits setting this.

 

Why not Lenovo. Anyboby can help?
