I purchased a B320 in January 2012 and all was well but now I am getting blue screen shutdowns every day or so. So far nothing has been lost but I dont know what to do about it. I see someone has had a simular problem and it was solved by turning off the Bluetooth facility. I dont have anything Bluetooth but have no idea how to turn it off. Help- I am not very technical .

Sadly it appears I do not have Bluetooth as there is no sign of it in Devices so I am back to square one. Can anyone suggest what is happening and what I can do??

Hello samgram,
Please check if service pack 1 is installed, to check right click on My Computer and select properties.

Hi Tanuj
At present I am on my laptop as the bluescreen happened several times and my B320 failed to start. The error message I got is as follows:
BC Code: f4
BCP1: 000000000000003
BCP2: FFFFFA800692 C060
BCP3: FFFFFA800692 C340
BCP4: FFFFF800031DF660
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1
Files that help describe the problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\041612-13962-01.dmp
C:\Users\Graham\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-35271-0.sys
Problem EventName: Blue Screen
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
Locale ID: 1036
Then when it tried to repair itself I got the following message Root Cause Found:
Unknown Bugcheck:Bugcheck f4.Parameters=ox3,Oxfffffa80052ac060,Oxfffffa80052
Repair action: System Restore
Cancelled
Repair Action: System files integrity check & repair
Result: failed Error Code = OX2
I have no idea about all this but I have got into the Lenovo again but it crashed again after 3-4 minutes so I dont know if I would have the chance to do anything on it.
Do I need to speak to someone at Lenovo as it looks as if I will maybe need to send it back? (I bought it through Amazon)
Thank you for trying to help
