IdeaCentre Menu Button are not working. [ Edited ]

Hi Lenovo,

I have problem regarding menu button on IdeaCentre C225. The menu button is not working when it pressed. There's no response after the button pressed, that normally in another machine it will display monitor setting such as Brightness, Wide, etc.

Is it only running under Windows? since this unit comes with DOS License only.

Service Center checked with their new machines (C320, C325), and found them have some results.

While pressing the Menu button in IdeaCentre C225, it was not working, I would suggest you to please contact the customer service or Lenovo service centre and there the available representative will assist you.
