I want to post a complaint or dissatisfaction with the delay of my K230 order from 5/18/09.  Promised by 6/18, now 7/23/09, was told that I am on priority queue, that it would ship by 7/16, which it has not, and reps don't really know when it will ship if at all.

Ok, so here are my specs exactly.  I ordered a K230 5359-4DU

What exactly is the holdup?  is it the NVIDIA card?  

Andy or Mark, can you help as you have for others using the order #.  If so, send me a private message and I can reply with the order #.

Seriously, our patience with this is wearing thin.  May not buy a Lenovo ever again.

Ordered a IdeaCentre Q700 on October 23 and was told it would ship by November 6 and now it is moved back to Nov 16- model 30151LU with Windows 7. I wonder  if I can cancel if it does not ship by that date (Nov 16) I don't want to be left hanging for weeks then months.

Just got an email that my Q700 shipped today.  I think that's pretty good (shipping date  was  Nov 6 then the 16th) as some delay was to be expected with the whole change to W7 being so problem filled and all. 

I hope that I get the W7 system I ordered, we shall see but at least I know it has been shipped and I can track it online with UPS and I see it is indeed in transit.

  Q700 arrived today . Fast delivery got it to me before the weekend which I appreciate.  Yes it did come with W7 installed so I am a happy camper. Thanks Lenovo!

The K series states it has Windows 7. But click on IdeaCentre K230 - 53592FU says it comes with windows vista.

What will it be shipped with?

I sent the following email to websales, but am posting here as well.  My apologies if this isn't the correct forum, but couldn't find one which directly addresses the problem on my Web order of a B500.

I just got off the phone with a customer service rep regarding a problem with my shipping address.

In the first place, I had changed my default shipping address PRIOR TO placing my order.  The subsequent order process didn't pick up the change of default shipping address.  Furthermore, the shipping address on the order is to a PO Box, which is unacceptable to UPS, the shipper for the order. 

The customer service rep wouldn't/couldn't make an immediate change to the shipping address, and instead told me that the change to shipping address would take "1-2 days" to be put in effect.  That is ridiculous.  It also puts me at risk of having the product shipped incorrectly, since the order is due to be shipped in the same time frame.

I am stunned that a technology company would have such poor order processing for its web sales.

Hello everyone,

I ordered the Ideacentre K320 a good few days ago and its estimated shipping date is a couple weeks away (it has yet to ship). I did not add any upgrades or extra components or accessories for it. This computer is needed as an emergency work replacement, so is this going to be or be near the actual ship date or is it exaggerated somewhat? Any help with the issue would be greatly appreciated .
