i have rebooted the computer and to get my computer to the native specifications which are the software i am in need of????? Plz HELP

for example.. my wireless is not working and the resolution is very poor and can't set it as 1920X1080 and so on...

cant set the res or dont know how?
right click desktop then properties then adjust here if you mean it dont work there goto lenovo and download the drivers and reinstall see if that help try reinstalling the drivers for the bluetooth again
