Printer HP F2188 will not install in English language

I have the Ideacentre B5 series desktop with Windows 7 Ultimate. The shop loaded the Chinese version of Windows 7 then changed language to English. I tried to install HP All-in-One printer (bought also in China) but installation program always comes up in Chinese language, yet I have installed this printer previously onto a HP laptop with no problem (English).

I have set the region to UK and language to english but to no avail. Its sending me nuts so I would be really grateful if some one could come up with an answer. Many thanks!
