Come on Lenovo, what are you looking for? Solution is there on your pre-installed systems. One person on this forum wrote that he got another Q180 with win7 pre-installed, extracted drivers onto DOS version and everything worked fine.
I'm really really upset with lack of support. This PC was gift for my mother and it still sits in my room not being used for months now... If I could leave feedback for other customers, I'd discourage them from buying this product.
I ask again is there anybody on this forum that has working q180 and could zip drivers folder and post it through rapidshares? We will get nothing from Lenovo.

WE JUST NEED ACCESS TO THE SPECIFIC DRIVER YOU SUPPLY WITH THE BUILD OF WINDOWS 64BIT ON THE Q180.
Simple.

yes, this is all we need, nevermind all the testing that you are doing. So what if you haven't replicated the issue. All we need is the correct driver, which should be easy to get if you sell a q180 with 64bit win 7 installed. Why should we wait until you have replicated the issue. I first noticed this issue at least 3 months ago! Thank god that I had a copy of win7 32bit available, and I that I'm not using this as a primary system. I would havedefinitely sent mine back by now for a refund!

Have to admit if this doesant get sorted in about a week I'm possibly going to have to send these back as unifit for purpose.
Then a date beckons with every online review shop site I can find.
I'd dread to know how Lenovo handle a real problem.
