Q180 DVD Drive Upgrade

I bought a Q180 with DVD drive but want to upgrade to Blu-Ray. Does anyone know if Lenovo plans to sell these drives separately?

Well, the lenovo one is an external drive. It attaches via USB and is magnetized to the Q180. I want to get it because it's compact and fits with the pc.
