Resetting BIOS default video settings

I was trying to get a PCIe video card to work on my K220 IdeaCenter with IG43 mother board. I changed the video in the BIOS to PCI/PEG or something like that and now no video out. Does anyone know an easy way to reset this or if anyone has a similar system can you find out the key strokes to do this blind in the BIOS.

neither the bios clear jumper or removing the battery worked

Ok i had to remove the video card otherwise it would try and use that and fail
