Screen Freezes / Locks

Hey guys, I haven't had much success in resolving some of the (other) issues I have been having with my K210 system, let's see if someone might have had a similar locking / freezing problem, and can offer help as how to resolve it.  BTW, I've only had the system for a week so I was surprises that my screen locks/ freezes so soon.
