lenovo c325 not working at all

Hi. I have just bought an ex display model c325 desktop. It was working perfectly in the store. I have got it home plugged it in and the touch screen doesnt work. Neither does the mouse or keyboard. I am stuck for ideas. can anyone help?

Hello miss_softpaw and welcome to community,

 

It is sad to know you got issue with your new system.

 

To resolve the touch screen you need to install Nextwindow Touch Panel Driver

 

If you have wireless keyboard and mouse then please reconfigure it.
