I've just had a virgin media superhub installed. My ideapad A1 shows as being connected to the router but I am not getting any internet. Any ideas how to fix the problem?
Thanks

Hello sassyv and welcome to community,
I have check the setting in K1 model, you may try in your device.
1. Turn on the Wireless, and then go to “Setting” --> "Wireless & networks” --> "Wi-Fi settings”
2. In “Wi-Fi settings” dialogue box, you will find your wireless network. Click your preferred wireless network.
3. Type your wireless security key (if needed) and then scroll up to change others setting. Set “DCHP” to “Static” in “IP settings” box and then force your IP address accordingly to your network setting. After finishing above settings, press “Connect” button.
4. You should be able to surf Internet now.
Best Regards,
Tanuj
