Any Fix for the "Wake from Sleep" and "Random Reboot" issues?

There is also a free app that will fix the auto brightness issue. It is a little confusing to use, but it does the job.

do you need the app to run on the background always?

How does this fix the autobrightness issue? Does it calibrate? Or does it run on the background and over rides the auotbrightness settings

It overrides the default auto brightness settings. It doesn't re-calibrate, but allows you to set the brightness for the specific light readings. you have to set it up, exit it, and turn the screen off and on again. It stays running in the background. It hasn't really affected my performance that I've noticed.

my problem is not related to auto brightness but instead to do with the email sync when in standby mode
Turned of email sync and k1 hasnt crashed for 2 days

well turning my wifi on and an up running prevents my allows my k1 to wakemy sleep.


Which leads me to think that this prevents my cpu to go extremely underclocked and allows it to wake up


Any of you experience this also?

Last week I had to hard reset my tablet to wake it and it went into reboot loop the whole night. Imagine having to hear the annoying reboot tone the entire night. I had no choice but to let it run till its battery ran flat.

So after recharging it to full battery I'm unable to reboot the tablet no matter how long I held it.

Looks like a second trip to the service centre within 3 months of purchase.

not having auto adjust for brightness solved my issue. No more wasting time with the tablet as a paper weight!
