Can a K1 with 3G make phone calls?

I would Like to know if the K1 with 3G (available in europe and asia) make phone calls?

calls can be made threw the internet with the correct app. Like gtalk for example. Gtalk is free at the moment for making calls inside the USA. There is an app that uses your gtalk account to let you make calls. So it just depends on the where you are located.

As for phone service, most likely not. As its a Tablet OS and not a phone OS.
