Download sync software Windows 7 and XP doesn't rec K1

I have downloaded software from Lenovo and still K1 is not able to see computer to sync.

I did get letools to work on mine. When you connect the usb cable from the K1 make sure on Windows you choose open file explorer. Windows has to map a K1 drive letter for it to work. In fact I had to redo mine twice before letools detected the K1. The first time I took Window's no action when plugging in the usb. I hope this helps.

I have gotten Win7 to recognize the K1 and install drivers for it. LeTools, such as it is, also works. However I've had no luck whatsoever with WinXP (SP3). No drivers, no LeTools.

I've gotten LeTools to work in Win7 Home Prem using IN12STW151WW5.exe to install. It did not work under Win XP but now I've found another version of LeTools with a lower number and the download link indicated it would work with WinXP Pro. This second installer is  IN12STW145WW5.
