Driver issues with IdeaPad Y570

I've been having some issues with my IdeaPad lately, and after using the OneKey restore, I still had 4 drivers missing that even the Lenovo website "Smart Download" couldn't find any matches for:

Base System Device

Broadcom Netlink (TM) Gigabit Ethernet #2

SDA Standard Compliant SD Host Controller

Base System Device

I have had no problems with this prior to today, and I don't know what has happened. Where can find these drivers or how can I fix this problem?

Intel Chipset driver

Card Reader driver

JMicron JMB38X Flash Media Controller

Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver

Ethernet driver

Broadcom Ethernet Driver for Windows 7 32bit

Broadcom Ethernet Driver for Windows 7 64bit
