Am requesting release notes from engineering on the 829 update, am still pending their revert.

Can you post the pinout for the K1's connector?  If Lenovo isn't going to allow the K1's users to purchase an USB host cable they should at least provide the information so that one can be created.

Great request k1owner.  Hope everyone that thinks Lenovo should provide this information gives your idea a thumbs up.  This needs to get solved soon or I am going to return my K1.

If you don't know what the first two items are, then do not attempt to do anything with them until you are well educated about them.

In case you do not know, the IdeaPad A1 is nearly identical to the LePad (also made by Lenovo) but is sold in China. The major difference being that the Chinese version has phone capability and a SIM card slot.
