Could anyone help?
I'm considering to buy A1 tablet. I have a Windows mobile 6.5 phone which is supporting Bluetooth DUN-GW & PAN.
My phone is also supporting Ad-hoc router mode.
Can A1 connect to Internet via my phone?

I would imagine this is quite possible. You would need to share your Win phone as a WiFi hotspot. Here is a link to a free app for the mobile phone.

Hi,
Does anyone know how to deactivate the continuous WLAN scan with the Ideapad Tablet A1? It permanently interrupts the WLAN connection chosen as default.
Thanks.
Kind regards,
Simon

tap.... Settings / Wireless & Networks / Wi-Fi Settings / Advanced (from menu button)
Now you will see 2 sections...
WI-FI sleep policy (mine is set to... WHEN SCREEN TURNS OFF)
MAC address
IP address (mine says 198.168.2.4)
---------------------------------------
Use static IP (checked)
IP address (mine is set to 198.168.2.4)
Gateway (mine is set to 198.168.2.1)
Netmask (mine is set to 255.255.255.0)
DNS 1 (mine is set to 198.168.2.1)
DNS 2 (mine is left blank)

THIS is this
The app is free: https://market.android.com/details?id=earlmagnus.n
The iPhone is an iPhone 4
and NO, the tethering widget does not work with my iPhone 4 and A1 pad. They recognise each other but do not want to continue the relationship.
Downloaded your bluetooth widget onto A1 paired ther iPhone with the A1 and got a message on the iPhone stating A1 is not supported and a message on the A1 saying the home page widget will tether with device which is my iPhone and I can go no further with either device.

Hi
I have tried the launching by using the widget short cut from the home screen and get the same response from both devices.
I have downloaded aLogcat and it is reading the logs as I write. How do I attach them to this post for you to examine?
