I can see APX and the USB driver, but when I go to "flash" it shows cannot connect to USB?  Suggestions?

 

Part of my reboot issue is that I cannot connect the USB any longer while it's in the "bricked' condition.  But, I can see my drivers working properly when I connect in APX mode. Ideas?
