Here are some common points of frequent discussion:

• Avoid Credit Holds - ensure that BOTH your bill to and ship to addresses are listed with your CC bank before ordering
• Lenovo will NOT bill your card until order ships - an authorization charge hold to check for available balance may show up when order is first placed.
• Estimated ship dates are based on default lead time and can vary from what was displayed on website.
• In the US and Canada, Lenovo utilizes UPS for new product shipments
• Orders may ship before the Estimated Ship Date
• Orders may enter through Alaska and pass through Louisville, KY before traveling on to final address
• Cancellation requests may take up to 2 days to process
• Requests to change configuration or other aspects of the order may require the order to be rebooked.
• Lenovo does not accept payment via international credit cards, except AMEX.

yikes. ordered mine 13january12, ship date now shows "13feb".

(the date moves back EVERY TIME i check it).

so a month between the order date and the shipping date.

not used to that kind of wait...have been a (happy) macuser for over a decade.

but...nothing else out there NOW at this price point that i'd prefer.

guess i will have to be patient (if i can just figure out how to do that..)

26jan, and it's on the UPS truck TODAY (which typically means around 5-7pm here).

woohoo! after 12 years as a macuser, looking forward to learning my way around android.

Ordered my A1 on January 19th, arrived today, the 26th.   Original est ship date was 2/10, then it went out to 2/19, then back to 2/10, and actually shipped out 1/24.

I ordered the USB host cable for the K1 on 4/13 and it was supposed to ship on 5/9 (in fact, that's still posted on my "order detail" page). I've contacted customer service and no one seems to know anything and I was getting bounced from standard customer service "it says there was a problem with your payment" to processing "there appears to be a hold for some reason" back to standard customer service "I'll forward it to the factory for immediate release" That was about 3 weeks ago. Now CSRs just tell me they don't know what's going on and will get back to me and then never get back to me.

Ordered S2109 on June 9, with an estimated ship date of June 22.

Actual ship date was June 21. Received June 25.
