K1 Spell Checker

I have a couple of different note taking apps on my k1 and even in facebook postings and such--how does one find a Spell Checker that will show you a misspelled word, not a list of my contacts.  Is there a particular app I should look for?  I downloaded a dictionary program, but it wants you to type in it--not the most convenient
