K1 charging problem always show 00%

Just got a new K1 10 days ago and it works fine until now.  Battery level drops to 0% and it could not charge at all. I can use it with the power plug in.  The battery icon on the status bar show "?".  It seems it's hardware problem and system doesn't recognize the battery anymore.  I shutdown and charge it and it shows 00% and it never goes up after a few hours. I tried it on 2 spare chargers and the results are the same so I have eliminated the problem of the charger.  Any idea ? Any help would greatly appreciated.

The issue could be with battery, as the device is new I would suggest you to contact the support center and get the service.
