K1 doesn't seem to be charging battery nor is it shutting down properly?

When choosing shut down on the K1 it starts to shut down and than just freezes...anybody have a solution?  

also it doesn't seem to be charging...I have it plugged in to the wall now and when it's on the lock page it says "connect charger" and it shows the battery at 0% 

anybody have this happen to them, or know of a solution.   I just did a factory reset but this did not change anything.

yes, I got the same problem too. I got my K1 just 10 days ago. I hope someone can help to provide solution before I send it back for fixing.. it's just wasting my time to do so and I know Lenovo will never replace me a new one.

Try a factory reset? Other than that I think your only potential solution is to send it into Lenovo.

Yes. I did factory reset. But nothing change. Will send it back , poor me. So unlucky, only use it for 10 days

It bites not doubt about it but its one of the most commom issues afecting phones and tablets.
