K1 screen rotation [ Edited ]

My K1 cannot rotate the screen orientation. I just bought it today.

have you checked your screen rotation look if its on? Thats the slider on the top on the right of the micro sdhc door.

Yes. The lock is off, but it still can't rotate.

try updating your k1 to the latest update and see. If not most probably its a hardware issue.

I currently have Android 3.1 on my K1. I went to "System updates" in "Settings" and it said my system is up to date.

Yours is not updated. An updated k1 runs on 3.2.1. I have a k1 on andoid 3.2.1. Search the forum on how to manually update your k1. Its here on the forum somewhere
