Lenovo Ideapad K1 App Crash

i have a mesage from lenovo saying i need to update.So i updated it then whn i turn it on, all apps crash! the bad thing is that you need to press the "force close" button! help me please! i only got this tablet for a day 1.

Please try factory reset  option , then check and update the system
