New Google Drive

Just a day after getting updated from Google's Android Market to the new Play Store, I've found a new Google app pushed to my K1.

It's Google Drive, and it gives you access to 5GB of cloud storage for Google Docs documents, photos, and any other data you want.

Seems to work smoothly, so far.

Mine said that Google Drive was not ready to use yet, but they would notify me when it was.

Good things coming from Google so far...

First, I never know there is a Google Drive installed in my A1;

second, when I tried to use it, it says Google Drive is not ready for me yet. ha ?

That could be due to the device, Clear said it worked for the K1, and you say its not working for the A1 yet. Maybe google will update it for you soon.

Google Drive is "ready" for me.

I guess it's because I already had Google Docs, as well as some Google Docs files stored in Google's cloud.

The description for Google Drive says "Google Docs is now a part of Google Drive", and I can't seem to find Google Docs in the Play Store any more.

yeah, I just noticed it on my phone today, it did replace my DOCs app.
