cant update to 3.2

Hello.
I just receive my k1 today. It looks i cannot update to 3.2.today i had an update but it still show 3.1 and system up to date. I know ics is coming soon,but i wanted to ave the 3.2. Any idea?

Hey Henry,

Not all countries have the 3.2 version from what I have seen. Is your tablet a WIFI only or a WIFI and 3G one? I know in the US we are up to 3.2 but I don't believe that the US has any 3G K1s. If you do not have a 3G tablet you may try manually loading the 14_14 US version from http://download.lenovo.com/slates/k1/OTA/ until ICS comes out in the next week or so. (I hope, but not stressing.) 

Otherwise you may just need to wait.

Hey Henry, I saw you were in the UK so that made me think of the US version.  Both English language (with some minor bastardizations on our side of course) but that may give you an option for upgrade.  I believe that the ICS is going to be basically US version only meaning that they are not customizing to non-English languages or different dialects so may as well just jump to US version now if yo uwant 3.2 first.

Hey Henry,

It explains upgrading to a US version from a Canadian version. It is essentially the same from a UK version.  This will be the same process you use (I expect) when it is time to upgrade to ICS in a few days.

I checked this post and tried to follow the steps, but I cannot reboot the K1. As soon as I push power on, it doesn't give me option to reboot.

Any help?

Or should I forget about it an wait for the ICS update. But should I be up to date to be able to use ICS 4?

Done it! Was very easy but I had to wait for the K1 to be minimum 95%charge.

Now I have 3.2 and can't wait for ICS!

i love the design of the tablet and I think it is pretty fast. However, I still think Honeycomb needs a lot of work to be done! That's why i can't wait for my Ice Cream Sandwich!
