ideapad tablet A1-07

My son presented me with an ideapad tablet A1-07.First two days it was working well and I was getting used to it.Third day it failed to get switched on.Everything was blank.I was trying to charge thinking it was low battery.nothing happenned.It was blank.As it was only two months old.My son purchased in U.S around june third week.Local vendors do not respond saying it is under warranty.Helpless could known experts guide me as to waht is to be done.I am senior citizen of 77 years and with slight hearing impairment,hence would like a detailed mail instruction stepby step.My mail ID astrobabs75@gmail.com.Please help

Hold the power on button for 2 minutes and the tablet should come back on.

A great many thanks.Was able to start the tablet A1-07 with your suggestion.Problem solved successfully.Fully charged the lenovo and using it well.
