lost my tool bar on k1. How do I get it back?

I enabled the thumb swipe gesttures from the favorites page. Now the toolbar is gone and the thumbswipe doesnt work. I cant bring up the favorites page without the toolbar to fix it. I cant sem to fix it from settings maybe im doing the thumbswipes wrong , i dont know. What can I do to get the toolbar back?

I assume you're talking about the Browser application.

If so, get those quick controls up by pressing the left side of the Browser window, then move your thumb onto the settings option in the quick access controls. From there you can get into Settings --> Labs  and disable the quick controls.
