nonstop repetition of the display as i turn my tablet on

hi! i bought my lenovo ideapad tablet k1 only about 2 months ago. but right know i cannot use it at all. 

normally, when turn on my tablet, this is the sequence in the display --> "powered by nvidia tegra" then "lenovo" then menu

but this time, as i turn it on, what i see is a nonstop repetition of "powered by nvidia" and "lenovo".. 

i can't even get to the menu   was this caused by virus? 

PLS HELP!!! Thank You!
