Boot optimizer - s205 [ Edited ]

Hello there,

I switched my S205 HDD for a SDD. What do I have to do in order to get the EE Boot Optimizer working?

If I try to install it on my Lenovo S205 it says it can only be installed onto a Lenovo Computer ...?

can you tell me how you ( tried to ) install operation system? with recovery discs or microsoft provided dvd?

The OS is Windows 7 64bit SP1 Professional from Microsoft. I get that error message when I try to install this: http://consumersupport.lenovo.com/au/en/driversdownloads/Drivers_Show_4102.html

right click and select "run as administrator"

Doesn't seem to make any difference. Still the same error message "Lenovo EE Boot Optimizer can only be installed onto a Lenovo computer".

if you are trying to install drivers from download page, try to install from your harddisc ( d: )
if you already tried that, download new copy of applications ( from the link above you posted ) then try again.

also try:

right click the file> properties > compatibility > check "run this program in compatibility mode" > select windows xp ( service pack 3) > apply > check if it works.
