Can someone confirm why it says 2 atom processors for S10? [Picture Warning]

Hey I just got my S10.  The botton says manufacture date was Sept. 28, 08.  When I go to device manager it picks up 2 processors.  Is this for real?  See below pic:

Atom N270 support HT (Hyper Threading) which simulates 2 processors.
