Can't get into BIOS

Hi, i'm hoping someone can help me out.

I have a ideapad s10e and i'm trying to get into the BIOS. I've been pressing F2, F12 and almost every other button on the keyboard. I've logged into windows and shut it down correctly, restarted and tried to get into BIOS.

I've tried way too many times and every time fail to get into BIOS.

I've also tried re-flashing the BIOS to the latest version with no change.

Any help would be much appreciated!
