Cursor idles when i hit any key.

I bought this laptop for gaming but its incredibly difficult because when i hit any key, my cursor stops for 1-2 seconds.

I dont know how to disable this.

If i cant fix this problem, i'll have to send it back because it defeats the purpose of the purchase.

I really like this computer, please help.

first of all, please, tell us which model of lenovo you have.
secondly, try to re-install/un-install touch pad drivers and let windows install it automatically.
