Having trouble restoring to factory defaults

My netbook is a S10-3, Model # 0647, Running Win7 Basic

After holding the Arrow-Restore-Key  for One Key Recovery on startup, it gives me 3 options: System Backup, System Recovery, Create Recovery Disc. 

Now I pick System Recovery and it keeps rebooting my computer into the "the system recovery environment", which just reboots my computer and nothing else.

Help?

I thought Lenovo computers have automatically factory options available...
