Hi all, I bought lenovo s10 3t yesterday . Looked like a real ice netbook. And when the dealer told me that he did not know much about the tech specs , I was not unduly worried as I was sure that I always have the lenovo tech support to help me out. Now this device as you might know has a sim card slot built in, which is upposed to be used. The dealer never knew anything and so I called the lenovo tech support today morning at their Indias' toll free number and was routed to one Engineer named Rakesh. On asking , he very politely told me that he had no idea about how to use it. The dealers do sell it but they as a tech support team have absolutely no idea about the device.
Now my question is why is lenovo showing such incompetency.
That apart I would seriously need someone to please help me out with how to use the sim card in this. Would I have to intsll some more drivers or some modem or something . Please help.
A frustrated customer!
Vivek
