Keyboard Issue: Letter b responds as the "back" key!

Hello! I'm having trouble with my keyboard. My letter b isn't working so I had to copy paste it. It responds every time i click it but it seems to respond as a different key. My computer is a Lenovo Ideapad s10-2, and it's Windows XP. The technician says it seems to work as the "back" key. Whenever I click it, the error sound beeps (this error beep > http://www.ilovewavs.com/Events/WindowsSounds/WindowsXP/Windows%20XP%20Ding.wav )
