Hi all,

Was just reading through your threads and am sorry to hear about the issues you're facing. It appears that some of you have installed the Win7 on your machines. May i know which version of the Win7 did you install, was it the 32bit or the 64bit. As i was checking further the Machine at the moninet has support for only the 32 bit version for both Win7 32bit and Xp 32bit. If you might have installed the 64bit there is a chance that some of the drivers and hardware might not be supported?

Another thing i'd like to know is when in the device manager, does the bluetooth driver and device show up? Alot of factors to be looked in.

i got that message too,,
but when I open device manager, I can't find any bluetooth option..

could it be error in hardware ?
