Lenovo Ideapad S10-3t Battery?

Ever since a recent trip I took my Lenovo will not charge. When I tried charging my laptop on the trip I thought it didn't work because the plug outlet was out of position and messed up in the hotel I was staying. But then, when I returned home and tried to charge my laptop it still would not charge. When I plug it in and everything the red light blinks and blinks but no matter how long I leave it there it will not charge. When I  try to turn the laptop on (with the charger) it makes the beeping sound it usually made before when I plug the charger in except it keeps on beeping as if I pulling the charger out and putting it back in every half-a-second. And then, the laptop only starts up for  a few secons before it shuts off again. When I turn the laptop on (without the charger)...well, it just doesn't turn on. I just want to know if the problem is with my charger or the actual battery or something else? Any suggestions?

Hi

Please try the following to validate the issue

1. Remove battery and AC adaptor , keep the power switch pressed for few seconds

1.  Only connect AC adaptor  and check if the system is powering on

2. Try reconnecting the battery then connect AC adaptor and check if the symptom's are same
