Ask for a total replace. 3-4 times for a brand new laptop is a bad signal.
Best regards.

Hi RainCrazy,
Welcome to Lenovo Community! I'm sorry to know that your machine has more new problems arose after repaired. However, it is true that not possilbe to get a brand new replacement unless special circumstances. I believe this is also a common practice applied by most of the companies.
Anyhow, could you share with us what is(are) the new problems? Maybe someone here can shed a light. If it's still not able to solve it, maybe i can see what can be done.
Thank you.
Regards,
Cleo

First problem is that my machine wont start. I was notified that my motherboard short-circuit. That has been settled. The other problem is that my machine does not charge. They replace a new battery and the problem still persist. I had to send it for repair again. Now, I am waiting for them to inform me once it is ready for collection.
Thank You.
