I don't think it exists on my S10.... at least I see NO options for a factory reinstall. But there is a folder for the system repair under program files.
The computer came with the 160GB drive divided up into 3 partitions. C drive is 100GB, D drive is 30GB (for the One Key backup) and then an unmapped blank partition which I assume has the factory data on it, which is around 15GB
I actually used Gparted to combine the D partition into the C partition for more room, since the One Key backup software is insanely crippled, the 30GB space couldn’t fit anything. The “hidden” partition is still there though….
Help?

With your system powered off, hit the button above the "F9" key with the red arrow on it. This will walk you thru the one key restore options. Keep in mind if you choose factory restore, it will "DELETE ALL FILES ON YOUR CURRENT C DRIVE".

It's great that you traversed your'e way through partition sizes and compilation of physical drives. I have done that since the late 80's. It should not be necessary now, though like a puzzle solved, quite rewarding (OK I can't spell anymore). The issue is, Lenovo touts this One Key thing (on Amazon it's the second bullet pointed feature of the entire line) as the savior. At my age I just want it to work. I expect attention to something as simple to partioning size. I have a 310 gb drive with a 30 gb "lenovo" partition with 28 or so available. Max compression of OkeKey wants 34gb. Whoops!!!

One Key system repair is the worst piece of software ever.
I can't understand why Lenovo chose that system.
After failing to get my computer recovered ( read more here ), I deleted all signs of One Key and installed Acronis.
Now I feel much safer and it's so much easier and more reliable.
There are many postings about the issues with One Key and not one comment back from Lenovo anywhere on the Internet.
I think they realize their mistake but refuse to comment or fix it.
