Password on Ideapad s0e

In my Ideapad S10e I have set the same value for the Power ON password and the Hard disk Password. At the power on time, I owe however insert two time the password.

In my T60p with the same approach (equal password for powerOn&hardDisk), it is enough to insert only 1 time the password !

Mistake me or it is not possible to have the same behavior on the Ideapad?
