Recovery Disc creator not working!!!

Dear, I want to do a recovery to my machine, however, when I am trying to create the dvd discs, the software tell me that the files path of recovery are missed, however, when I go to computer management, I fint that there is a drive which is not shown on my computer.

How can I fix this?

try to select factory backup.
