Resolution of 1024x768 and more for your netbook!

I saw many posts on this forum asking if people could use 1024x768 as many games require it, and programs too.

Searching the net, I found a program that let you use every resolution you want (many options avaliable)

It's called AsTray.

PS: The graphics aren't perfect in the 1024x768, but it's the best you can find (I guess)

(Sorry if this program was already posted.)

Hi and welcome...

at a first glimpse think that one isnt  the same but will do the same ... :smileyhappy: but two alternatives are better than one :smileyhappy:

here a part ... Driver for my machine ?

Windows 7 Alternate driver section

S9 / S10 / S10-2 ...take care its on your own risk !...-->Get It from here<--    modified for usage allowing to set the internal display resolution 1024x768 or 1152×844.

...

sincerely KalvinKlein

Re: Resolution of 1024x768 and more for your netbook!

the alternate driver link from Community Moderator kalvin klein and AsTray link from joex doesnt work for the intel gma 3150 for the s10-3t unfortunately. I tried them both! No offense to kalvin as you have helped me out alot when I still had the s10-2. I found this link from the eeepc forums. It involves hacking the registry. http://eeepc.net/boost-your-screen-resolution-with-this-win7-hack/. I can attest that this works without the alternate driver. Maybe will work with future intel gma drivers too? Right now I run the s10-3t with 1152x864 resolution. Hope this helps everybody!
