S10 lenovo HD broken [ Edited ]

I come from TW

I bought my laptop this Feb. from Taiwan 

but now work in OH for summer vacation

I ask the computer center near here

he said I can call the Lenovo Pte Ltd in U.S.A

cos maybe my laptop still new that maybe u can change a new  HD for me

How can I get help fastest

my laptop serial numbe is EBxxxxxxxx

You will have to contact your VT tech support to assist you with your HD issue. Lenovo North American Support (soon to be just Philippines Support for all of North America and Austrailia) can only deal with computers purchased in North America

so I need to contact the lenovo Support company in TW, right?

I just worry about if they can't mail the new HD to North America for me right away

that I need to buy a new one here....

hv any comment computer store  could buy cheaper HD for laptop (I don't need large gigabites)

the price range maybe between $70-80......
