Searching for picture of 3-Cell battery option for S10-3

I'm a happy user of a brand new S10-3 and I'm satisfied with the overall device. On the lenovo website I found that there must be a 3 cell battery option. Is there anyone using it an can post some photos. Google wasnt helpful. I'm asking because I want to make the S10-3 as light and slim as possibe. Is the 3-cell battery sticking out or is it even with the machines bottom plate?
